Registration for Sunday 23rd January 2022 at 11.00 am

Due to the current COVID situation, we have a few restrictions in place. Masks are not mandatory, however, we still do take temperatures at the entrance, restrict the numbers of attendees being seated in a row, and ask that you sanitise your hands at the entrance.

To help us keep everyone safe and to allow as many of you as possible to attend service on that day, we ask for your cooperation.

Could one person from each household kindly complete this simple registration form below. This will not only allow us to manage the numbers, but will also provide essential contact details, removing the need to give this at the door on the day.

The deadline to register is Friday 21st January 2022. However, if the numbers are very high, we may need to close the registration before this date.
