DUE TO THE RECENT GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES, AIMED AT RESTRICTING THE SPREAD OF THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) by social distancing, Faith Chapel has suspended its face to face Sunday services until further notice.
For this Sunday, 22 nd March 2020, we are inviting everyone in their respective locations to enter into a time of worship and prayer, beginning at 12 noon, for at least 30 mins.
We will be targeting the following specific areas in prayer:
1. The government: that wisdom, direction and strategies be given to them to deal with the numerous effects of this pandemic on our nation.
2. The key workers on the frontline, particularly the NHS staff and those in the care industry: that they
receive strength to carry out their tasks and are protected whilst doing so.
3. The scientists: that they receive the knowledge to develop an effective vaccine against COVID-19.
4. The suppliers of essential services: that their workforces remain healthy so we will have a continuous supply of food, water, gas and electricity.
5. The Body of Christ: that God will keep us safe, well and on one accord during this time.
Information regarding online services, bible study and prayer calls for the coming weeks will be circulated
shortly. Please stay in touch via our Men’s, Women’s and Youth WhatsApp networks to receive regular
updates. Also, please visit our website at www.faithchapel.org.uk for more details of forthcoming services
and activities over this period. You can also connect with us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
In addition, our parent body, the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW) Inc., has a number of prayer
services and teachings that we can access via their Facebook page: ‘Pentecostal Assemblies of the World Inc.’ We can also be a part of the PAW Facebook Intercessory Prayer Group - 1000 People In The Throne Room Praying.
During this period we are all encouraged to remain prayerful, stay in contact with each other using the various modes of technology available to us and continue to trust in God. God is in control!
We pray that during this time we will experience God individually in a very special way.
God bless you all!
